The one’s who live on their terms(or want to). The mouthy ones. The Too Scared To Speak Up ones. The Marginalized. The Outcasts. Burning Man lovers and The ones who eye roll at authority figures. The ones who feel different and misunderstood. If you feel like you’re not like everyone else, you belong here.
Therapy that is designed for for those who don’t fit boxes also doesn’t fit boxes. Which means that we will have conversations that won’t expect you to change what you don’t want changed and will help you wear your weirdness, uniqueness or other-ness (hello fellow BIPOC!) like a GoT like sigil. We will figure out how to live in this world with confidence, empowerment and fulfillment. I am one of you myself and I know you have a fire within that the world insists on hosing down. But you and I? We will find a way to dazzle the world with the light you carry within.

A woman specializing in therapy for men?
Well…yes.
Because while I am not a man, I still live in a world that all other genders also live in. Which means, I have a secret near sorcery kinda gift-
I have secret intel on the gender I identify with and personal and professional experience of how your gender ticks. It’s been over a decade of specializing in working with men and I cannot imagine doing anything else. Most therapy styles as much as my field refuses to admit, is catered to genders who are seen as more "touchy feely”. My therapy is designed to work with who you are, the pressures and expectations you face as a guy and in a way that wont waste your time or force you to talk about your feelings (be warned, the latter maybe what you volunteer to do…coz, sorcery!) and help you navigate the world that is shared by other genders who don’t live like you. No BS, just conversation that helps you live how you want.
One session is all we need for you to know if this is for you. One hour, that’s it.

Oh my dearest colleague, here we are.
Two humans who have devoted their lives (and in the pandemic our souls, free time, corners of our bedrooms that became our virtual office and so much else!) to supporting others.
Finding therapy for ourselves should be easier than it is- but reality is that most of us either find therapists that wont call us back, treats us like we are non-therapists. expects us to turn off our therapy brain or (and I know this one is hard to admit) isn’t as good at being a therapist as we are for our clients.
Therapy for you IS and should be unique and special. Because YOU are. You will not be expected to pretend like you’re not a therapist in here- you will be fully trusted to rest that part of your brain as needed and bring it into our conversations in a way that lights you up, when you wish. I know your world- it is the world that I have built my own home in. I know where it hurts, I know how lonely it can be even though you work with people all day. And I know how tough it is to have your personal life be in pain and have to put it in a box all day. You need support. And I am relentlessly passionate in offering it to you.
